Well well well props to you Mr. Wolf

I'm sure most of you have heard of my semi-disdain for Dick Wolf and his Law & Order shows because basically they are the same show just with different names....just like CSI but that is a story for another day. Anyway after watching the Sox game I watched a little of Law & Order: Special Victims Unit and the old show brings the double barrel hotness. First off they have the old standby hotness Mariska Hargitay:

"Yes I finally made it to the Ramblings, the highlight of my career!"

Well this year they added some new hotness in an assistant DA played by Michaela McManus,who I guess was on that show One Tree Hill before. Of course she's a DA so she's a little bitchy.

"Wow I can't believe I made the Ramblings too!"

Might have to start checking out the SVU every once in a while.

Every once in a while...

something happens related to my family and I begin to wonder (or hope) that I'm not related to these people. This weekend was one of those weekends, nothing too terrible, but something incredibly stupid. We were riding to my niece's soccer game basically BSing andwhatever. Someone was talking about stupid or goofy celebrations (stuff like Secretaries Day) and my brother, seemily pretty pissed, says, "Last week was National Stay at Home Week. What the hell is that and who came up with that?" He obviously he thought that there was some agency out there that came out with National Stay at Home Week. Right after he said that I could not laugh at him soon enough he didn't know it was a a ploy ome to watch their new shows. by these people to stay home and watch their new shows.

Are we laughing at Brian? Haaa Brian you suck.

Last night I was an adult. I went to get the old eyes checked and actually got a pair of glasses along with the contacts. Last time I had a pair was probably 4 years ago.

Possibly a surprise Top 5 entry? I'm a sucker for a talented musician female. Easy there...she's 30 even though she doesn't look it. She's on tour now but won't be back around the area on this leg.


Update: I was on the bandwagon for a while and really got on when I saw her open for M5 and Counting Crows. She should have played longer because I thought that Counting Crows when we saw them stunk up the place. I'm not a fan of them to begin with but they didn't even play "Mr. Jones" and that was one of the three songs I knew by them. Contrary to what some have posted 867-5309 is not Sara's number...I tried it and it didn't work. They said there's a Jenny there though and I said I'm not calling for Jenny.

Further Update: I think that Sara may fall into that category of women that I think I could actually date if there was some chance meeting between us. Yes I know I have giant delusions of dating grandeur. Little know fact: I was in a ska quartet in college named "Delusions of Gander"

This morning

in the parking lot at work I saw a car with a license plate frame that said,

"#1 Moody Blues Fan"

why would someone ever admit to that?
